In 2011 HBC Realty Group developed and launched the Commercial Real Estate firm, HBC Commercial, through the commercial division of Keller Williams Realty, KW Commercial. The expansion into Commercial was a natural progression of the company’s principals with 30 years of expertise in brokerage, acquisition, development, finance and marketing of Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
